File Prep Tips

  • Vectors (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG): Convert text to outlines, expand strokes, use spot colors for screen printing.
  • Raster (PSD, PNG, TIFF): Supply at 300 DPI at final print size. Avoid upscaling small images.
  • DTG/DTF: Transparent backgrounds, sRGB color profile, avoid tiny text on fleece.
  • Screen Printing: Spot colors named clearly, minimum line weight ~0.35 pt.
  • Embroidery: Simplify detail, avoid tiny type, max ~4.5” wide for caps.

Placement Tips

  • Front center: ~2.5–3.5" below collar seam.
  • Back center: ~3–4" below collar seam.
  • Left chest: ~3.5" wide, aligned midway between collar and sleeve.
  • Leave margin on hoodies to avoid pocket seam & drawcords.
